STAMERK provides storage services for customers in the event of a malfunction or emergencies in their own stability rooms, ensuring storage for affected samples. This allows for uninterrupted stability studies in critical situations.

We have a disaster recovery procedure that covers emergency transfers of individual batches of samples received from our customers.

Risk Management

STAMERK offers primary and emergency storage solutions. You can store additional samples at STAMERK upon emergency requests. In case of a failure or inability of a condition at your facility, you can allocate stability space at the requested temperature and humidity conditions for immediate availability.

In emergencies, we enable the transfer of all stability samples to STAMERK. STAMERK collaborates with customers to facilitate quality inspections for the necessary documents to cover disaster recovery scenarios.
